Looking for a creative design that allows the user to rapidly do the following: •Choose a health condition •Choose an insurance plan •Enter Zip code •Select a provider to review their biography, user reviews, health outcome "value score", costs, and appointment availability •User can book an appointment based on appointment availability Note, while sites like [login to view URL] and Patient Fusion are good examples, I feel that something fresh is needed for a better users experience.
