need a website built for a real estate and development company. Logo will also need to be supplied for modern lao homes, and used in website. separate logo is also needed to be supplied so we can use offline and have printed. looking for something professional looking to promote house and land sales as well as new construction. facebook is Modern Lao Homes in Laos [login to view URL] so you can see what we do on there. website needs to be in English and Lao language. Once text is supplied and approved in English I will have it translated into lao for you to put on website. need 2 areas. 1. new house sales - currently only 1 property at donkoi, but as we compete construction we will add more. 2. new home design and sales. For people who have land and want us to build house, or for people who want us to find land for them and build house. designer is to get information from facebook and build professional looking webpage. Designer is to supply text in English. we will assist where we can but content is designers responsibility. payment is 20% on design approval and balance after full design, building and uploaded to our server.
