Hi, I run a successful SEO company in Ireland & UK primarily focusing on ranking websites. My company does some web development but mostly on WordPress & simple sites. I am currently in negotiations with a customer that is looking to completely re-develop their site. I am looking for a great website designer/ developer to build a site with the same functionality as shown in these sites [login to view URL] & [login to view URL] My client is in the same field and is looking to have the same functionality & feel as shown in the above sites. In the attached "Client Requirments [login to view URL]", if I can deliver them this in a timely manner to the highest quality, they will also give me their second website to re-developed which in a slightly different field but will have the same functionality to this one, so this base functionality can be copied across once done, so I will be offering this project across two sites. It is imperative that if you are interested in applying for this project that you can develop & delivery all of the items I am requesting. The customer is being very specific on their needs and has had a bad experience with their current provider, so I want to ensure that what I am saying I am going to deliver is what I am going to deliver.
