I need a collage created of the 2000s decade, similar to the attached image (which is of the 90s). Artwork will belong to me once completed of course. I will provide the images for you to use; your job will be to cut the images out and create the collage, and perhaps add any outline effects if required. Extra points if you can make the image 'move' slightly - like a 2 frame GIF, but not necessary. Needs to be very quick turnaround - within 24hrs if possible!
