Requirement Analysis: The website needs 3 types of membership with following Access: Platunum: 1. Adverts listed in monthly newsletter & social media blasts 2. Access to Flights, Insurance & Hotels Booking 3. Extended Industry Discounts to Friend & Family Member 4. Access to Industry Forum 5. Access to Monthly Newsletter Gold: 1. Access to Flights, Insurance & Hotels Booking 2. Book Staff Industry Discounts 3. Access to Industry Forum 4. Access to Monthly Newsletter Silver: 1. View Staff Industry Discounts (Airline only) 2. Access to Industry Forum 3. Access to Monthly Newsletter Once membership confirmed and approved by Admin, the following features and functionalities will need to be implemented - Modern website. eg. [login to view URL] Industry Forum Members Forum Monthly Newsletter Facebook/LinkedIn Integration Membership Renewal after 12 months Hotel destination drop box search functionality Hotel Booking Form (request emailed to hotel. No real time availability required) Hotel Registration and Access Control by the Admin only Hotels can list their property free of charge for first 12 months and chargeable afterwards Payment Gateway Integration ([login to view URL]) Travel Insurance API integration Car hire API integration Cruise - API integration Airline API integration - Member can make flight booking for themselves plus one. Hello I would propose to write the site in Drupal it can handle very heavy traffic. You might need a little bit anti spam if its going to be really heavy. The forum we could use the in built part of Drupal or you could sub it to something like vbulitin Do you have the content ? do you have art work ? I worked and developed a site for CutPay a payment merchant business are you using a hosted form for accepting payment ? I would block draw this site first and flow chart it then basic testing if you want to ask me questions please do so. Kevin
