I have a high-res image file which I need altered. The file (attached) contains a prominent red rectangle - I need the final HiRes jpg to be a perfect square. It cannot be cropped as the noose/hand becomes "cropped out". I need additional red background to be added to the left and right of the image (which matches the rough existing pattern) so that the noose/hand is perfectly in the centre of the square image. I require two final output sizes for the image: (1) square 2.5cm x 2.5cm at 300dpi (approximately 295 x 295 pixels), and (2) square 360 x 360 pixels. Both final files to be in PDF format. For the purposes of designing/creating these files, I have the source image in both pdf and eps formats for you (if you need them).
