Design a Website Mockup

We have a CS-Cart store in the middle of being developed for a new online property. As a basic structure we have purchased a very simplistic cart theme and layout. The branding is completely raw and while there is a domain name in place and a temporary logo selected (very basic), the entire brand lacks any direction. So while this is a web design project, you must be excellent in branding development, advertisement and the like. If you are a quick mock-up artist, this job is not for you. Responsive is one key word that must be met. The opportunity here to not have to develop a structure and layout from scratch might be a challenge for some, to be locked in to a structure. You should have a concept of what a smoke shop / head shop is, the products that are sold there and have experience with mid to higher end retail brands. The development of this brand and design must be interactive between myself and the designer. A simple "here is your look" will not suffice. Organized thinking combined with creative exploration of the space we will compete in is essential to providing a finished, quality product. I will provide samples of sites that bring a complete brand to the table with the open design feel we want and ease of customer flow and use. I will not pay for or approve any project that falls short of these requirements.
