Edits in the Flash Carousel (ActionScript Programmers needed)

Hello, Its a very small project. I have a flash carousel with me, which needs changes. I have attached the carousel with the project. I need the following changes in it: 1. Right now, the images that are displayed in the carousel are due to its image file names. I want it to be fetched from XML/Text file whatever convenient. 2. I also want a tooltip added to them which is again taken from the same file. 3. I want them to have a link that take me to a url specified in the same file. I want the work done in 4 hours as soon as i accept the bid.
