Turn my letters into a usable font

We have a set of capital letters (A through Z) and a few characters (-.@,/""12:!) designed in a a vector files. I'm looking for someone who knows how to convert them into a usable font that we can install into a computer (we all have Macs) to use in various programs (photoshop and illustrator mainly) and use on our website with css3. I think TTF is the norm? We'll at least want to be able to make the font black or white for most tasks, but being able to use any color would be a nice feature. I attached an image of the .ai file you will be taking the letters and characters from. You don't need to design any new ones. They should look exactly how they do in the file. I also attached an image of a real world use. If you'd like to take on the job please reply with your level of experience (with examples if possible) and let me know how you plan on completing the task.
