t-shirt design(s) debut collection - repost 2

Assist in executing digital artwork/graphic design working with Creative Director for mostly t-shirts in a debut collection. Approx 20 shirts or separate designs although some are related to others for a total budget of 4K. This will be for one t-shirt design for $250 Reference material and instruction provided. Moving forward each design between $100-$400 depending on degree of difficulty. Influenced by music, art, film, wildlife, etc. Would like to try one and if there's a fit, will provide more designs at one time for more $. Will require illustrating skills. Must be able to sketch. Must be able to create appropriate files for t-shirt print. Good instincts. And execute creative. Thanks for your interest.
