Hi! i'm just finishing my first freelancer.com project and it's exactly the same what you need - creating outline pictures for coloring book application:) i'm redrawing them from my own original sketches, scanning and adjusting in vector graphics programme to make them perfectly black&white without loss of line quality, pixels coming out etc., then exporting to .png format. They are about dinosaurs and cars. i'll put some of them in my portfolio in 3 days, if you want i can send you a sample by mail. cheers:)

Hello, sir. Yes, the pictures can be 'traced' if they have good quality and decent size. Once they're converted into vector format they can be used in print without any worries. If not, they will have to be redrawn. I can do the task for you. If they can be traced and you will be satisfied with the output, then the price will be lower and everything will be done in no time. Usually if the images are not good quality the automatic redrawn in illustrator wont be even close to good, So it needs to be redrawn. That´s where I come in, I assure great quality illustrations, clean edges and almost exact copies of the original files.
