Character and Scene Illustration - For Evaluation Purposes

We have a design brief that will be provided only to respondents whose portfolio we feel is a close fit for the larger project for which this project is designed to evaluate. The larger project is for a childrens book, targeting ages 4-10. There will be between 15-20 illustrations required. This project has two requirements. First, create a character as per the design brief. Second, apply that character in a specific scene, again as defined by the design brief. The author has a very specific vision for the illustrations to accompany their story and as such, finding an illustrator that both has a strong style fit as well being able to work well with someone else's vision will be important factors in making a final decision.
