Pub Logo Design Project

We are seeking a skilled graphic artist for a quick turn around project for a pub logo our client has requested. We need a someone who can accomplish the following in 48 hours. 1. Using the current logo sample, increase the resolution and turn the image into a vector image. 2. Provide a transparent BG image 3. Provide a black background of the image 4. Provide each individual letter in vector so we can blow them up so the wooden sign designer can use them as a template to cut the letters from wood. 5. Provide a smaller version of the logo based on the design for business cards / letter head etc. We are also open to new concepts of the logo etc as well as the female graphic which is more of an irish design and the pub is more Scottish in design.
