CCG Card Art - Stockpile

I'm looking for an artist to draw a scene/location/landscape for an upcoming customizable card game. This is a darker, gritty, modern setting, so please keep that in mind when bidding. I tend to give a lot of creative freedom to the artist when it comes to the artwork - artists/designers work better if I'm not micromanaging every single thing - but do ask to see a draft of the idea before it goes into the final coloring stages. Don't worry, that comes AFTER the bid is accepted. This piece is for a stockpile of resources, supplies and weapons for a military operation. It should be inside a building of some sort (like an interior warehouse), but that's as far as I've gone with the mental concept of it.
