Google Sheets Script. Overwrite Query function on a daily basis when column is filled

Hi, I have a query function in a column that gets a currency exchange value from a date in column A. I would like a script that overwrites the query function in this column and control pastes special values of the data when the query function has been activated. The reason for this is there are about 40 entries per day in this column. Ive noticed the query function sometimes glitches so i would like it to override with the the value of that cell every day. But not override the rest of the data in the column. The screenshot is from a test sheet.
