Flash Animation

Flash Animation I need an animation created, the animation itself should be fairly easy. However I am looking for something very nice. The animation Black Backgroud, White lines I have included some attatchments. The images are the plans for building, I am looking an for an animation that will create the pictures as seen using lines that morph. So the lines in pic1 then rearrange to create pic2. This movement I want to appear liquid. Where you see the squared in the centre of the lines, I would also like these very liquid like, only turning solid when the building is complete. For this project I need it to be compatible with AS3 and I would also need the FLA file upon completion. This winner of this project will more than likely be required for further work once completed to add more of these building into the project. thanks for reading
