We need an Adobe specialist who can build an online video recording solution/app using Flash which allows users to record their live Video using whatever browser they have and to save it on server. This video can be played back whenever the user wants or can send the link to someone. It should be compatible on all browsers ( web and mobile) including IOS. PLS NOTE - we dont need any client side designing for this. Just the code for the app to work Our site is a PHP/mysql platform on Linux server on amazon cloud.
