I need to have a Adobe Air Client for Desktop developed. It will have a simple interface that will make a call to a url and download files based on a list. After the files are downloaded they are to be accessed from the local disk as per the sequence of the list. The Client will periodically make a call to the URL to check if the list has been updated. If the list has been updated then the new files need to be downloaded.
