124076 Small Flash Project

I have a windows movie file about 80 seconds long with voice soundtrack. I have about 16 jpg images. I want to combine all as a flash movie for display on youtube and frapper I need the movie file plus voicesoundtrack to play first in the flash file. I then need each of the sixteen images* in sequence to fade in, display for 4 seconds then fade out. A second audio file is also required to play through the sixteen image sequence. Control buttons will be needed on the flash file please. Quick turnaround needed. Cost Please. Thank you. *the sixteen images might change to be 18 images
