Fund raiser needed

Looking for UK-based freelancers only, as this would require some boots-on-the-ground work. I'm looking for someone to help my company secure funding from traditional lenders. Please note that we are not interested in venture capital, at this time. I Need someone with background in Corporate Law and/or finance. The desired candidate will raise funds for my UK company. He/she will - reach out to potential shareholders. - iron out the terms of our relationship with such shareholders (investment agreement). - reach out to lenders, who will then get us funded on the basis of our relationship with such shareholders. The deliverable is to get us the financing we seek. More information will be provided to the right candidate.
