B*ng with Friends Clone

I need a Bang with Friends Clone, with a few additional options and features like location, but nothing too far from the core functionality. Background on Bang with Friends (If you do not know what it is): BWF's premise is you get a list of all of your friends on a list. You choose the ones you want to have sex with. They get the same list, but of the opposite sex. If both parties choose each other, they get a messaging saying that they are a match and should meet up for sex. I want this to run on either so Java, PHP, Python, Ruby, .NET for Amazon Web Services or Java, PHP, or Python for Google App Engine. Bonus to make these into native or web code-to-native apps.
