We are looking for someone who is organized, detail oriented, customer friendly, team player, computer literate and has a great work ethic. Responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties in a office/real estate setting. No real estate experience necessary. Responsibilities: Manage incoming phone calls and correspondences. Must have an excellent phone presence. Greet customers Data Entry, collecting and processing payments. Scheduling appointments. Collections calls Processing rental applications Filing, uploading company files on management portal. Assist in marketing, knowledge of social networking skills (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) Update company website Maintaining order and cleanliness of office. Assist with other duties as needed. Requirements: Customer service skills required. Experience as a receptionist or office assistant. Excellent organizational skills Must be a problem solver Must be able to work independently Multitasking Knowledge of MS Word and Google Docs. A high school diplomas or equivalent is required Reliable Transportation
