help to build simple stock tracker tool

budget is 20$ Support to complete excel sheet; The concept is very simple and basic, check [login to view URL] and see gebra record page ; I just need to get this table in excel updated at any point of time to monitor the admin tickets status if accomplished or not without manual monitor , the requirement as below : Bidder MUST 1. Develop the stock API with [login to view URL] website to get the real price of any stock. This process should done in the backend and not effect user experience. 2. Develop a start and stop button to run/stop the tracking 3. The timing should be EST time and admin can change the time based on US , UAE , GMT time 1. The main target of this excel is to track the stock advise (tickets) recommendation and see if successfully achieved or not 2. Admin to enter below values; a. Stock symbol b. Stock entry price c. Take Profit Price 3. System to record calculate the below : a. Record the Ticket time and date yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm b. System to check the real current price of the symbol c. If entry price = current price  entry date = current date and time when the stock price = entry price yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm d. Then system should lock the entry date which just filled from any changes if the entry price hit current price in the future. e. After point C filled ; which mean entry date already filled then: i. system to keep check the Take Profit price with current symbol’stock’ price f. if take profit = current price  execution date = current date and time when the stock price = take profit price yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm g. the system should lock the execution date which just filled from any future overwritten if the stock price equal again the Take profit price h. if Entry date && execution date filled i. then Profit column should be calculated as Take Profit – Entry Price with same color of “#27A9E1” j. and Result column should be “ Success” and blue color “#27A9E1” k. if the entry date still not accomplished then value should be “ OPEN” l. if at any time entry date filled and execution date still not accomplished the value should be “ OPEN” Note : 27A9E1 = BLUE RGB 39 169 225 HSL 0.55 0.76 0.52
