We have an Administrative Assistant position open within our company. The position will provide administrative support and direction to the Office Manager, as well as to other team members as needed. Specific Skill Sets Required: - Detail oriented individual, with Exceptional organizational skills. - Strong Self-Motivated Work Ethic - A Driven personality, analytical, a go-getter, must be able to multi-task, to prioritize and track multiple tasks/projects with ease. - Dependable - Be able to give support through direction and anticipate upcoming work activities. Specific Tasks in this Position Will Include, but are not limited to: - Managing the Work Orders and staying on top of open orders, scheduling work to be completed, and close out work orders. Auditing Work Orders, including Notifications to the proper people of open orders and of completed status. - Supporting Walk In traffic, Daytime Customer Service. - Managing Monthly Rental Collections. Collection of rental payments, documenting payments, Issuing receipts, coordinating and issuing notices for non-payment. Including, coordination with the property management companies to ensure everything is documented properly monthly. - Assistance with daily office duties, including preparing documents, coordination of utilities, following up with team members for status updates on projects. - Updating Rental board and follow up communication with PM and Leasing Coordinator to ensure we are up to date on the status of properties for rent. - Assist other team members in the company as needed. - Other opportunities to be discussed during the interview. This position IS NOT entry-level. We are looking to hire immediately. We are looking for an individual with a flexible schedule, with at least 2 years of professional office experience. We are looking to fill this Part Time Position, 2-3 Days a week, with some flexibility. Hours- 6 to 8 hours per day. Perfect for college student, stay at home mom, or someone just looking for a part time office position with a small company. This position has the potential to increase to FT as our company grows. Ideally we are looking for someone who has passion to do the best they can in their position, eager to learn, willing to step up in the position and be an important part of our team.
