Virtual assistant needed (bilingual in Russian and English)

Hello, we need some very specific help. My girlfriend's parents are from Ukraine. Both have cancer, live with us in the US and are receiving treatment at Stanford Hospital, in the United States. They only speak Russian, and Stanford is about an hour drive from us. Our challenge is scheduling their multiple appointments to occur on the same day. Since they have different kinds of cancer, they see different doctors with different specialties. They are both also receiving chemotherapy. While Stanford is a great hospital, their ability to coordinate between multiple departments and doctors is a challenge for us. We're looking for a Virtual Assistant who can work with my girlfriend's parents over the phone in Russian to understand which appointments need to be set up, and then follow up with Stanford Hospital in English to coordinate their multiple appointments between multiple departments, so that their appointments occur on the same day.
