Solid edge / CAE : Steering Wheel Design Edit

I am searching for someone with a strong background in Solid Edge and Mechanical engineering design. The task at hand is to redesign a steering wheel assembly based on a given sketch & report. The task is rather basic for someone with strong expertise in the field of Solid Edge & mechanical engineering design and all the work involved is to be done on solid edge. Therefore, a suggested deadline for this task is two days for the given work at hand. Nevertheless, a CAE file must be made containing the completed design assembly, sketch & drawing. ***The steering wheel assembly must be created on solid edge given an original design sketch. The original design sketch will be provided within the report.
