Business Attorney Litigation

I have a previous Employer that has accused the entire staff of conspiracy and other crimes. I have no Non-Compete and I have done nothing wrong but he is suing all the staff thinking someone committed a crime. He lives in Missouri and wants to depose me and accuse me of things I did not do. He is taking the case himself as an individual but claims he has a family friend guiding him behind the scenes who is supposed to be an attorney. This guy is on Parole and did not pay my wife and I for the last 2 weeks we worked. He has bounced checks on all staff members. He owes Contractors over $50,000 that he did not do the work they paid him to do. So he blames the old employees. There was One guy that did go after him and his clients but that was not me or my wife. Here is one of the Hundreds of threatening emails from him: ( He claims he has a secret Lawyer that he will not reveal) You were recently copied in emails to John Benson relative to my Lawsuit, copy attached. Yesterday, I agreed to Release Kevin Iglesias and Cassidy Johnson as Defendants in this Case; In exchange for Testimony, Statement of Facts and on-going cooperation. Those have been received, reviewed and confirmation of the facts they outlined have been re-affirmed verbally over the phone. Therefore, I will be sending you very soon a Subpoena for Deposition, as their Affidavits clearly implicate you. The Legal Right to Depose for Discovery is outlined below: Using Federal Rule 30, see attached, along with the other legal processes I have the right to Depose                    and Uniform Interstate Depositions and Discovery Act (F.S.A. § 92.251) UIDDA streamlines the discovery process by allowing Florida court clerks to issue discovery subpoenas without judicial oversight, allowing out-of-state attorneys access to Florida courts without having to appear in person, and requiring that any disputes arising from Florida discovery be resolved by a Florida court . I estimate in about 2 weeks you will receive Subpoena Duces Tecum this is a type of subpoena that requires the witness to produce a document or documents pertinent to a proceeding. From the Latin duces tecum, meaning "you shall bring with you". See, e.g., United States v. Nixon, 418 U.S. 683 (1974). I will locate a neutral LOCAL location, make the arrangements and advise in the Subpoena the location, of course, you may bring an Attorney. I am Pro se until Trial, with excellent legal assistance and counsel. The Deposition will be conducted via Video and if document copies are requested the location will have personnel and facilities to accomplish the tasks and send me the documents. IMPORTANT: I have no personal knowledge of any illegal actions you may have undertaken relative to the elements of my Lawsuit against John Benson. However, I will do all in my power to uncover the facts, and if the facts lead to anyone else, they will be added to the Lawsuit, promptly I am seeking to bring John Benson to justice and any assistance you can provide will be greatly appreciated. I have already released 2 Defendants, who I do not believe had any part in this matter. If you did have any part and you wish to Testify to the Facts, I will consider altering my objective of convictions in exchange for your help. Let me be clear, that does not mean a "clean get away" if you participated, there must be a penalty, most likely financial. However, I believe John Benson has not only violated Civil Laws, but Criminal Statues as well. I would not press Criminal Charges if you cooperate. See the Attached Conspiracy Information
