Need Someone To Build 20,000 Incoming Links To Our New Website

Hello, We are a new web hosting company based in the US just getting started in the ecommerce market. As many of you know we have posted many projects on these boards, and to date we have spent over $1,500 for outsourcing projects to India. We are currently having our new website which will be a clone of [login to view URL] built by another member of this board where we advertised our project on. Our website is already listed on both Yahoo and Google. We are a premium member of Yahoo and our site gets indexed every 2 days by Yahoo. Our website also has a Google page rank of zero currently. We are looking for someone to build incoming links for our new website. We understand this will be hard because our website has low page rank. But we need someone who can spend about 30 hours per week building incoming links. Our keywords we are using… 1) Web Hosting 2) Cheap Web Hosting 3) Reseller Web Hosting 4) Reliable Web Hosting A few rules we have…. 1) We only allow our link to be placed once per domain name. 2) We also do NOT allow link farms or FFA farms. 3) We will give you a email from our domain name to send out emails. 4) We will need daily logs of what websites you have placed our link on, and a direct link to their website where I can see the link without having to navigate through the site to find it., and what websites you requested our link to be placed on. 5) We only want our website submitted to a maximum of 10 search engines including Google, Yahoo, Msn, Aol…. 6) We do not require you to have our site placed on a certain amount of websites per day, but no performance, or very slow job performance, and we will probably need someone else. 7) You will need to build a link page which we will upload to our site on a daily basis. 8) Payments will take place in steps, and we will not prepay in advance, we need something to show the quality of your work before we make our first payment. -----------Our project price is flexible regardless of what you see above, if you are only allowed to submit a bid within a certain range, but you want to propose a different bid, just put it in your bid description--------- We will need about 20,000 incoming links from different sites which should get us a top ten ranking on Google and Yahoo for the above search terms. ---If there are post in the project clarification board please take a look at them just in case we left some info out, and need to add some later---
