Help setting up email address with ISP Config

We have a email server on AWS. We have several domains and would like that all emails go thru our own email server. We have 6 Domains it works great but now I have set up a new email address and I am not able to receive emails from other people... I am working with AWS and with ISP Config I know its a small job...
