Design, implement Google Business Apps migration/implmentation for Small Business

We are a small two person business based here in New Zealand that wants: 1 Two user set up with Google business apps for desk and laptop 2 Common user set up 3 Migrate and set up Google sync for Outlook 4 Migrate and sync our docs to Google Vault 5 Link Google Business Apps to smart phone and I-Pad We have a Google account and existing domain name. We want to do this without too much disruption to our daily business - hence we would like to start this from close of business on Friday here NZ time.
