Hi There, At this time I have a lot small tasks required to operate my online business on Amazon and I was hoping to train someone who can help monitor inventory, suggest when to order etc. You should be organized and good at working online. I will also want you to research and write content. I will also need you to send out some emails. You should also speak and write fluently in English. There will be a fair bit of research and writing, so those should be your top two skills. I'll be training you on how to do many different things so you need to be a good student and responsible as well. You should have a respectable work output and also be productive while displaying excellent attention to detail. If you have any experience writing about medical topics or have a medical background that's an added advantage and should definitely be listed. Hours per month will vary but will start around 10 and go up to 20-30 over a few months depending on your ability and work ethic. No doubt this description makes me sound like a hardass but I assure you I'm not at all, I just want to get the very best employee possible that is serious and wants to build a long term relationship with our company. As we grow there will only be more and more work and your pay will go up. We're able to start at as much as $8 USD/hour and go from there. Filipinos and Europeans are welcome. Flat monthly rate also negotiable based on work load and your ability to help. Thanks!

You mentioned hourly rate, but you can't pay for every work the same rate. Article writing (medical) is taking a lot of time due to the research and mail sending is a piece of cake. Adding data and researching can't be measured with time as there are always (no matter who is working) issues that need fixing, so I would suggest a monthly salary or weekly or something similar, but I am sure we can find a solution that fits your budget.
