I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with making and picking up calls for my project. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls. Purpose of the calls: - The main purpose of these calls is to schedule appointments and conduct research. Language skills: - Bilingual skills are required, as the candidate should be able to communicate fluently in English and Spanish. Skills and experience needed: - Excellent communication skills. - Previous experience in customer service or sales would be a plus. - Ability to handle multiple calls efficiently. - Strong research skills to gather information during calls. - Time management skills to schedule appointments effectively. Location -Currently looking for someone who resides in Honduras, El Salvador or Nicaragua
