We are a newly-established offshore real estate investment company that would like to hire a researcher/investment banking professional to contact specified real estate investment banks in order to inquire about best RE investment opportunities with highest IRRs within particular parameters. We are looking to hire someone with excellent academic background and extensive professional experience in real estate banking. Because of the reluctance of investment banks to waste time with outsiders or unreliable potential associates and because RE investment banks do not like to share non-public information about their projects, we are not looking to hire a declared freelancer on google. We much prefer to hire someone who owns a RE investment banking consulting firm or someone who has had just left his professional job as an investment banker in the specialized field. Thank you.
