automated Woocommerce data entry 4800 items

I need someone to do this work automated, it should be less problems all data is already entered, the only thing that is not in excel that needs to be either manually filled in or create in the date entry system is the imprint colors. The excel only tells the imprint type which for example is standard silk screen colors but it needs to create an option to pick on front end which can be found here [login to view URL] Here is demo of previous job but i need all items removed from last year in this category of promo items and upload 2017 data. [login to view URL] I do however want to make sure tags and meta descriptions are done also. Also the bolding like in the sample above.
