Data Entry: Generate CSV list of Airports from PDFs

Attached are a series of PDF files and a CSV (can be edited in excel) file. There are PDF files from A to Z. The CSV file contains "A" already finished. Your goal is to complete the CSV files for letters B through Z. This is a straight data entry job that requires a little understanding. It will take a fast and clever person only a few hours. Columns: - Column 1 is the letter A.. Z - Column 2 is the PDF page number in the PDF file (so the 2nd page of the PDF for letter C is "2"). This must be exact. - Column 3 is the 4 letter/number airport code. If you look at PDF "A" you should be able to see where they come from. However, in some cases, you have to look one page ahead to see this - for example, the very first page you basically have to look to the next page to see that the code is for CYXX. In "A" this was the only one that had this issue. - Column 4 is the description Let me talk about #4 - For most documents, this is just "Aerodrome Information" as you see. Look in "[login to view URL]" to see what this corresponds to. Basically a little block of info about the airport. - Sometimes, "Aerodrome information" part may go 2 or more pages or spill over one page to the next. In this case, add " (Part 2)" " (Part 3)" etc as shown. - Sometimes though you'll see speial things like charts. These should have clearly visible titles. In my example, rows 1 and 48 have this. Now, here is the important thing: it is NOT one row per page. Rather, it is one row per "item" or "page." - Unless a page really has nothing useful, each page should have at least one row. - Sometimes, there are multiple airports on a page. Each one of these should get a separate line. For example page 4 has both "CAB5" and "CEG2" airports - when a listing is just "See something..." like the "Aeroparc" listing of page 4, it can be IGNORED. We do not need this. It is important to do this job accurately, especially with column C, airport codes. IF you experience problems or are not sure of anything: 1. ASK ME via FREELANCER. 2. or PUT A "X" in column 5 so i can see that his is a "QUESTION" Please don't put hundreds of Xs. TO BID, please send me back a CSV file with at least 10 entries from B done so i can see that you know what you are doing. Bids without this will be deleted. Thank you!
