MAKE A SIMPLE PROGRAM TO CREATE YOUTUBE THUMBNAILS

Write a small program to create/generate Youtube thumbnail images. This program must be an EXE file that can be run from another program. The program will read simple instructions from a text file. c:\[login to view URL] <[login to view URL]> This program has NO user interface. The program will run from the command line (dos box/powershell). This program will be called from another program. This program will be used exclusively to generate thumbnails for use with youtube. The program must create thumbnail dimensions with an aspect ratio of 16:9 and a minimum 640 pixels (dpi). The default size will be 1280 x 720 unless something else is specified in the instructions file. In other words if the image_width and image_height is not specified in the instruction file, then the thumbnail is automatically 1280 x 720. [login to view URL]: thumbnail_file=c:\path\[login to view URL] image_width=1280 (default) image_height=720 (default) background_image=c:\path\[login to view URL] background_color=red (instead of image) If no background_image is specified, then use background_color. If neither is specified the background should default to white. text=This is text that will appear on the thumbnail When a <br> is found in the text, the text must continue on the next line text_size=20 text_font=arial text_color=black (default) text_align=center (default) text_outline=red The text_outline specifies the color to outline the text. If this is not specified the text is not outlined. text_start_position_x=640 text_start_position_y=100 If a text_start_position_* is specified then the text must start at that pixel location. The pixels start at 0,0 from the top left downto 1280,720 at the bottom right. This will allow for text to start in the middle of the thumbnail. This will usually be accompanied by text_align=left. If the text_start_position_* is NOT specified then by default the text will be centered and wrap. You will test the program on your own. When delivered we will test the program.
