The primary focus of your work would be serving our customers questions and queries, via the web. This typically takes place through our support desk and support forum.
We have a very sensical approach to client support (yes, that is not a "real" word).
When we communicate with our clients, we treat them as intelligent and independent decision makers, not pains in the a#$@%, or lazy laggards like many modern institutions choose to;) Seriously... we think of every question as a good one; even those with obvious answers need to be dutifully handled in a courteous and helpful manner. We need to ensure that each communication with a client builds within them a feeling of trust and self satisfaction. For the client must trust us if they are to believe in, and rely upon the use of our performance tools for the rigors and demands that their dreams are made of.
Clients feel good when they get a genuine response from a person. When we send a response that is thorough, personable and professional-- rather than a quick to the point answer-- the client feels taken care of, and feels that they can count on us in the future. To meet our needs, a stable web connection and computer is required (no technical difficulties), and so is a well versed knowledge of the english language with great writing abilities.
We would like you to work with us for a minimum of 3-4 hours each day or more-- and will pay you for your work by the hour. Ideally, you will be able to be online at different times each day, making continuous contributions to our support needs.
