I am currently in need of a highly skilled virtual personal assistant (PA) ideally based in the Philippines who can aid me in staying impeccably organised and managing a variety of tasks. Here are the specific responsibilities: - Organising tasks and appointments to ensure that my schedule is fully optimised and nothing slips through the cracks. - Managing Zoom meetings, overseeing both the technical aspects and overall coordination. - Handling YouTube posting, including video uploads and channel management. Previous experience with YouTube channel management is preferred. - Designing visual content using Canva. A strong graphic design background and a keen eye for aesthetics would be beneficial. - Running email campaigns using MailerLite or Mailchimp. This would involve designing, sending, and tracking email newsletters. - writing content/stories with the help of AI - Managing Facebook postings, maintaining activity on this platform, and fostering online engagement. - Managing Linked In posts Strong organisational skills and proficiency in using digital tools are essential. I am seeking a seamless integration into my workflow, so advanced experience as a PA is required. As I prefer to communicate via WA and email, excellent written English communication skills are a must.
