Red-light and Motorbike Safety Helmet Detection for Law Enforcement Software Specification - You must design the GUI as user-friendly APP - Using Machine Learning for detect the violated vehicle - Program must be C# or C++ windows form app that can be edit/compile with VS2015 - Detect the bike that the driver doesn't wear the helmet in Real-time - Detect the car and bike who break the red-light and show it in in Real-time - All of detections error cannot more than 10% - Support 12MP Camera Stream from RTSP/File and show it in Real-time - Camera will be installed from the rear view of vehicle any angle (This is why we must use ML) Features - Detect the violated car and take wide angle photo as name as [login to view URL] (or png) - Cropped only the violated car and keep aspect ratio from photo 1 as name as [login to view URL] (or png) - Cropped the License Plate from photo 1 as name as [login to view URL] (or png) ***PAYMENT CONDITION*** - Milestone will upload after you have been selected - Milestone will release after you have sent the debug files and we have checked - After Milestone released you must send original full source with any reference/library and help us by remote to complied it on our machine. - We will not pay additional payment after your bidden cost.

My Team experience includes: -Port Based container Damage detection Software: detecting damaged container and keeping record and report of containers movement, -Driver fatigue detection using raspberry pi which in a matter of milli seconds determines if the driver is sleeping or not and alarm accordingly using OpenCV, -Vehicle counting in the particular category they belong to on a high speed road, -Number plate recognition using OCR algorithm of openCV, -Face detection and recognition for attendance system of a school and patient management system of a medical system. -Body measurement and detection of changes in body -3D reconstruction from 2D multifocus images In short We have all the experience needed to complete the project with maximum accuracy.
