Add a runtime C compiler to a CodeGear C++ builder 2007 application

The project is to embed a run time C editor and compiler to a CodeGear C++ Builder 2007 application ( herinafter referrede as BCB application ). In breaf - the user of a BCB application shall be able to edit/create a C application from inside the BCB application, compile and save this to a DLL. The final delivery shall be: 1) A CodeGear C++ Builder 2007 application, both with a compiled .exe, and the source which can be compiled. The BCB appliation must be a selfcontained exe without need of install. 2) The C editor and compiler used must be free and fre to distribute. 3) The compiler shall be able to compile a X.c and a X.h file into a DLL, which later can be opened by the BCB application. 4) The user shall open a Form in the BCB application, containing the C editor. Then; a) Open an existing "project" or create a new. b) Edit / write code in C c) The user shall select "Compile" and the application compiles the code into a DLL file and saves the DLL in a specified folder.
