C# MMS / SMS Application

We require a C# component/ application that is capable of downloading SMS messages and downloading and decoding MMS messages from Nokia Series 60 mobile phones like the 7610. The component should also be able to send create and encode simple MMS messages. Simple SMIL descriptiots should be built by the component. The component should also send SMS and MMS messages by way of the mobile phones GPRS modem. The component should support the composition of messages with any type of media: Pictures (JPG, GIF, BMP, WBMP, PNG, TIFF); Video (3GPP with H.263 or MPEG-4 encoding); Audio (AMR, WAV); and text (Unicode support). The component should support MM1/MM3/MM7 compatible binary format
