i need to find someone who can do drawings of an esisting building and then work with adding changeing design for a rebuild. the freelancer needs to track time here in freelancer BUT he needs to communicate directly with other employiee here in my company via email. We will not do all the small changes in freelancer chat but via emails.
timetracking and payment via freelancer.
