hi..i am an architect..i have an Architectural design firm for over 10 years called d _ m a z e studio and we offer any kind of Architectural design solution..we ensure that, we can give a good quality design for you. Here we want to give the full working procedure, if we are going to do the job, we will: 1. SCHEMATIC DESIGN STAGE- this stage is the gathering of all info to create a design concept. A preliminary design concept will be submitted in a couple of days for comments and exchange of ideas. Drawings are; Plan Rough 3D image (sketchy type) After the comments from the design, this will be finalized for final approval. 2. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT STAGE - after the schematic has been approved, these drawings will be transformed too much detailed drawings. 3. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION STAGE - All drawings in stage 2 will be produced for a proper construction document sets( working drawing, plumbing, structural, electrical etc). 4. 3D RENDERINGS- we'll produce the final 3d image in 3ds max with vray..
