I am building a BigCommerce store using a theme called Parts Warehouse. On the checkout page, there is a checkbox that says 'Bill and ship to this address'. This checkbox is checked by default. But for some reason, it is not possible to uncheck it. I have contacted the developer of the theme. He says there is nothing wrong with the theme code, so he can't help me any further. I guess there must be a conflict somewhere that is causing this checkbox to remain checked. See attached screenshot.
