hi , i work with a lot of telephone collection services based on asterisk vicidial, i have set up what you are requiring , the only thing that we would have to do the development work on is the coldfusion interface with the user. i have 8 years experience working with asterisk, lot's of experience running outbound broadcast. would elastix be ok for this?
