I’m a hard worker, laborers union for over 17 years. I have done my best for my children. Yet, I am dealing with multiple Legal matters in California and Washington State: Oakland Divorce; Case # HF20049338, in conjunction with this matter, I need a civil verified complaint Involving my wife, the notary, with a preliminary injunction to stop the HOA from sale of an estate rental property. SF Probate; Case# PES 15- 299337, this matter my brother and uncle teamed up circumvented the court system to interfere with inheritance/ family estate, used a voidable petition (verified by Attorney with a single nomination out of 3 heirs) for administration, heavy undue influence by uncle over siblings and one with special needs. Moreover, currently holding part of my inheritance on erroneous information to the court, after final distribution. In need of a tortoise interference with ones inheritance involving Darryl Reed and Joseph Gill; and financial elder abuse, undue influence. Washington State Verified Complaint; 13-2-00335-7, A forfeiture cause of action and amended complaint seeking monitory damages for a wrongful foreclosure, mortgage and Trust Violation. I need sound Leage advise (backed with authorities). Or a True civil litigating paralegal That can pull the facts of these cases and form the legal documents so I can represent pro per or a team to represent my estate and claims.
