Need Interns, collage graduates, experienced resource for content writing purposes

I'm looking for a Business proposal writer/ content writer who can work with me on a temp assignment involving brainstorming and whiteboarding and then translating the understandings and learnings into a presentation or a proposal. Since my business idea includes "travel destinations" this assignment may require some travel as well in and around the Delhi NCR region up to up to 350 Km. (All paid for). I anticipate this being about 500 hours of work, but the meetings and whiteboarding will happen in an in-person meeting. I would encourage the talent to be in and around the Delhi NCR region, preferably NOIDA so that we can meet up and discuss the work.
