Developer needed for creating an Automated Personal Branding Tool for Twitter

Developer needed to create software desktop (and mobile) product that helps consumers manage their twitter account. The software will help the consumer define their "identity", their "brand" and then create an automated protocol, that goes into their twitter account and AIs the most engaged with prior tweets and lets the consumer "re-curate" those tweets with additional content. The software will also scour the twittersphere for "on brand" content. The consumer will be able to designate a tweet cadence (e.g., every 2 hours) and the software will offer up tweets to either tweet or reject. The software should allow the consumer to tweet normally as is. But the goal is to automate tweeting to do better personal branding and the streamline the process and make it easier to be active and effective on twitter.
