I have been writing articles for almost a year now. Here is a part of an article I wrote. Nurses can do practically anything and decide for themselves There are nurses who want to utilize their gift of taking care of other people to earn. Being a nurse is not an easy job. Both the mind and the body must always work together to be successful. Critical thinking is very important for a nurse because their decision making skills are the ones who calls the shots. Without the doctor’s presence the nurses are the ones who are in-charge of the patients. If there are distressed patients it is them who decides if they can do something about it then notify the doctor or if there is a need to call the doctor for their decision of what to do. With this freedom and knowledge, some nurses would want to be signed up with multiple nursing agencies so that they are able to get a job all the time. Being with an agency, a nurse can pick what day, time and how much they want their salaries to be. This is why many agency nurses gets more for their service than those who are already hired by the hospital.
