Webpage creation - Creacion de pagina web

Hi I need somebody to build a webpage. Basically the idea is the creation of a dynamic questionnaire, which will allow the user to flow through a series of questions, which will change depending on the previous page's answers to determine a problem, based in the answers, automatically the system will show options to resolve this issue. The option to resolve this problem will include a combination of instructions, pictures and/ or short videos. Thanks.
